The Garden

The Project, in short is a portable solar powered hydroponic system that automates a lot of the effort and routine out of gardening.

Design

Its based on a dutch bucket system, where a single bucket is a single plant wattered and has a water return system.

Where a nutrient solution is continously pumped over the roots / growth medium of the plant, and drained off to rerecirculated again. This process saves overall amount of water by preventing a lot of evaporation and loss to the ground. It also allows the nutrient solution to be fully utilized.
